An 81-year-old lady was injured after being hit by a automotive whereas crossing a road in Arlington on Sunday, Arlington Police stated.
A Toyota Corolla struck the Arlington lady whereas she was strolling in a Park Avenue crosswalk on Sunday at 1:45 p.m., police stated in a press launch. The pedestrian was handled on the scene and transported to the hospital, police stated.
The 79-year-old driver remained on the scene to cooperate with police and reported no accidents, police stated.
Park Avenue was closed till 4:45 p.m. for the investigation into the crash, police stated.
