Footage taken by Boston 25 Information confirmed the statue after the act of vandalism. Each arms had been indifferent from the physique, dangling from both aspect of the crucifix.
The most important Church in New England, the Cathedral of the Holy Cross is the mom church of the Archdiocese of Boston.
A spokesperson for the Archdiocese confirmed the vandalism to 25 Information and mentioned that Boston Police had been investigating. An arrest was made Wednesday morning, and a video obtained by 25 Information reveals an individual dangling from the statue, pulling on its physique.
