One man was injured.
Police are investigating after a person was shot Monday morning in Salem.
Salem police responded to a name for pictures fired at 23 Horton St. round 7:51 a.m. A person was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound that was not life-threatening, in keeping with police.
“This doesn’t look like a random act and we don’t imagine that there’s an ongoing menace to the general public,” police stated.
