A Quincy man was ordered held with out bail Monday as he faces costs for allegedly assaulting a lady and making an attempt to take away her garments throughout an assault within the South Finish Saturday night time. 

Amos Sykes, 35, appeared in Boston Municipal Courtroom and was charged with assault with intent to rape, strangulation or suffocation with severe bodily damage, and assault and battery with severe bodily damage, amongst different offenses, in response to The Boston Globe.
