Olivia Costello, 20, of Milton, Mass., was charged with easy assault or battery, resisting arrest, obstruction of an officer of obligation, and disorderly conduct.
Kylie Swain, 28, South Weymouth, Mass., was charged with easy assault and disorderly conduct.
